Established in December 1992 by Randall Lumbewe, Syndeticom brings over 40 years of industry knowledge from Randall alone.  Our team is built on like-minded individuals with a strong customer service focus, highly technical backgrounds and ethical business principals. This, we believe, is what has made Syndeticom the leading infrastructure cabling partner for many high profile companies for the last 20 years.

Syndeticom has an excellent reputation with large multinational organisations which extends from the experience and commitment to excellence our team focusses on.  This is why our customer list is made up primarily of the financial market and Data Centre providers.

Syndeticom has a somewhat niche customer base, where we work collaboratively and consultatively, providing the solutions that the customers both want and moreover, need.  We offer flexibility in our services and take responsibility for the solutions, with the endeavour of making our customer’s life easy so they can focus on their day-to-day business.

Our LGAP Connection

As the Globe “shrinks” with the relative ease of physical access of international travel and virtual access with ever increasing speeds of the internet, more multinational companies expand their services globally and require consistently delivered Information Communications Technology infrastructure and services.  LGAP has become the medium for global companies to execute remote corporate projects for ICT consistently and reliably wherever they are in the world, and being confident that remoteness to a project is no barrier to its delivery.

Syndeticom joined forces with LanTroVision in 2005, prior to the “Alliance” being formally registered as the LanTrovision Global Alliance Partnership (LGAP) in January 2008.  The alliance allows us to deliver global projects for our clients, with an example being Woods Bagot (a global architecture firm head quartered in Australia) in 2008 we were able to roll out an 11 site global Unified Communications VoIP infrastructure project across Australia, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and North America.  The project was delivered professionally and without any delays, resulting in not only a happy client, but a long term client for all LGAP partners involved.

Members of LGAP share many customers across the Globe, either by coincidence or through membership to LGAP.  They are industry leaders, aligned with key cabling Vendors, and deliver ICT infrastructure with a friendly professional approach from design, engineering, project management and installation services to make our customer’s lives easy.  We are trusted advisors with the ability and contacts to deliver, be it in commercial office space or the Data Centre.
